CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy at Esthetik Studio is designed to ensure fairness to both our clients and our team of estheticians. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment and helps us maintain our high standards of service. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, deposits will not be refunded and cancellation fee of 50% will be applied. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible experience for all our clients. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full treatment duration. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, please note that your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients. Late arrivals after 10 minutes will result in rescheduling and deposit will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the smooth operation of our spa. No call no shows will result to no future services.

Hi, I’m Karena Chavis, Licensed Esthetician and founder of Esthetik Studio, a luxury skincare and aesthetics spa built on the belief that beauty should feel personal, intentional, and empowering. My journey in beauty began with a genuine love for skincare, wellness, and the transformative power of self-care. Over the years, I’ve built my expertise through professional education, advanced skincare training, and hands-on experience in some of the industry’s most respected environments. My background includes working with leading skincare brands and specializing in customized facials, advanced exfoliation, waxing, brows, and corrective skincare. Esthetik Studio was nominated in 2024 and 2025 for Best Wax Studio in Bucks County, an honor that reflects the trust and loyalty I’ve built with my clients throughout my career. While waxing remains part of my foundation, my vision for Esthetik Studio has continued to evolve. What began as a vision for personalized skincare has grown into a modern aesthetics experience I believe every client deserves more than a routine treatment. My goal is to understand your skin, your concerns, and your long-term goals, then create a personalized experience designed specifically for you.
